Refund policy
All sales are final, no exchange or refund are allowed. Any cancellation before the dispatch of the purchases and/or refuse on delivery will incur a 10% cancellation fee plus the total shipping fee both ways to and back. This will be deducted from the total amount paid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Vintage / Older Released Products
Products age four years or older from the date of production are categorized under "Vintage / Older Released Product". Due to the unique nature of vintage and older items, we cannot guarantee that they will perform exactly like a new item. Please consider the age and rarity of the product before making a purchase. Do drop by our store to view the product when necessary.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
