Shipping policy

Delivery Days

We process our orders 7 days a week. However, pick up will only be from Monday to Friday based on our operating hours. There are no deliveries over the weekends. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will only reach you the following week depending on the delivery schedule. All online orders will be dispatch within 48 hours, 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

 

Delivery Rates

The delivery rates will be automatically calculated for you upon checkout.

 

Urgent Order

While we would love to accommodate all urgent orders and get your purchases to you as soon as possible, it is advised to allow a 3 to 5 working days time frame for delivery in case of any delays. Do place your order with the Express (Same Day) delivery option for really urgent order.

 

Express (Same Day) Delivery

All local orders placed before 4PM SGT with Express (Same Day) delivery option will be deliver on the same day else from 11AM SGT onwards the following day. Do allow at least 6 hours for us to arrange for the delivery.

 

International Deliveries

For shipping to other countries outside of Singapore, kindly drop us an email at sales@sneakersclinic.com.

 

Damages

If a parcel arrives damaged, kindly assist us to take photos of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Subsequently, open the package and carefully check the goods for signs of damage.

If the goods are damaged, kindly send us the photos at sales@sneakersclinic.com. Please note that you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Don’t forget to keep all damaged goods and their packaging as you may be required to return these to us.

 

Delivery Delays

While we process all orders daily, we are bound by the delivery schedules of our freight partners. Slight delays will also happen due to public holidays and festive seasons. Your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.

 

Change of Delivery Address

The delivery address cannot be altered once the order is processed. Kindly ensure that the address is accurate prior to checkout.

 

Returns

We will not entertain any returns, exchanges or change of products due to wrongly ordered product or change of mind. Kindly ensure that your orders are accurate before submitting your payment.

 

Self Collection

If you wish to make payment for your order and pick up the items after that, select the Self Collection option during checkout. No delivery fee will be added to your bill. We will contact you within 24 hours once your order is packed so kindly leave us your contact number. In the event that you change your mind and wish to have the items delivered, do email sales@sneakersclinic.com and we will advise on delivery charges.

 

Change from Delivery to Self Collection

If you have already made payment including delivery and choose to pick up instead, we will refund you in cash during collection.
